Biodata:
Robert Bereny is a Buddhist teacher of the Karma Kagyu tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. However, his own seeking has led to intensive study of all four traditions of Tibet. To obtain close access to the source of these precious teachings, Robert has spent many years living on the Indian subcontinent. Recently he completed the contemplative discipline of the three years and three month retreat under the personal supervision and guidance of the Ven. Bokar Rinpoche at his seat in Mirik, India. Robert returned recently with his family from India and is interested in contributing to the work by practitioners in integrating meditational techniques into their daily lives in the hope of finding peace and contentment in a meaningful existence while living, working and surviving in a modern setting.
